DELIVERY AND TERMS OF DELIVERY:
VitamineMan delivers in Western Europe, with the exception of areas without a postcode and not in the United Kingdom. Our products are shipped via DHL, DPD or PostNL, depending on the destination. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with a Track and Trace code to confirm your order.
COST OF SHIPPING
THE NETHERLANDS We charge the following shipping costs for orders that must be delivered in the Netherlands:
- € 3,95 for all delivery areas within the Netherlands, when ordering up to 20 euros.
- All orders over € 20 are delivered free of charge.
OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS We charge the following shipping costs for orders that must be delivered outside the Netherlands at the following rates:
Belgium and Germany:
- € 4,95 for orders up to 20 euros.
- All orders over € 20 are delivered free of charge.
Europe, outside Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom:
- € 9,95 for orders up to 20 euros.
- € 5,95 for orders from 20 euros.
Until further notice, no deliveries will be made to the United Kingdom due to the consequences of Brexit.
RETURNS OF GOODS
We use a withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of the product. If you want to return a product, please let us know by email to contact@vitamineman.nl.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused in sturdy packaging. The costs for returns are for the buyer. The purchase amount will be credited after receipt of your return shipment and refunded to your account. The legal term for crediting the purchase amount is 14 days after receipt of the goods.
